研究方向

实验室工作主要涉及有机电子材料及器件的制备、表征及性能优化,目前主要包括铁电/压电聚合物及有机半导体相关研究。
1.铁电/压电聚合物及其应用

  • 铁电聚合物薄膜的制备工艺及极化工艺;

  • 铁电、压电、热释电性表征及增强;

  • 铁电存储器件,包括铁电晶体管和铁电/半导体复合阻变;                      

  • 压电传感器件;

  • 基于压电/热释电效应的能量收集器。

2.有机半导体及器件

  • 有机半导体薄膜的高质量制备;

  • 有机晶体管及性能优化;

  • 有机晶体管的传感应用。
