1986年7月本科毕业于安徽工业大学金属学及热处理专业
1989年3月于东北大学材料科学与工程系获硕士学位
1992年1月于浙江大学材料科学与工程系获博士学位
1992年4月至1995年1月在浙江大学材料科学与工程系工作,任讲师、副教授
1995年2月至2003年8月在法国科学研究中心稀土冶金及谱化学实验室、英国卢瑟福实验室/Salford大学物理系、日本先进工业技术研究院(AIST)物质科学与技术研究所、美国夏威夷大学化学系开展高性能储氢材料与镍氢电池的研究工作。
2003年9月起在复旦大学材料科学系工作,任教授、博士生导师。
为本科生讲授《先进功能材料导论》
研究生讲授《材料热力学》
一直从事储氢/储电材料及其先进表征技术(中子衍射/同步辐射)的研究工作。
先后负责和参与国家自然科学杰出青年基金/重点/面上项目、国家重大科研仪器研制项目、国家重点研发计划等科研任务。
已在Acta Mater., Adv. Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., Nano Energy、Adv. Energy Mater., ACS Nano, J. Mater. Chem. A、Appl. Phys. Lett、Chem. Mater., Nanoscale等国内外学术刊物上发表论文近200篇,获得国家授权发明专利8项。
2009年获得国家杰出青年科学基金,2011年入选上海市优秀学术带头人计划。
