研究方向


材料生物学(材料物理与化学,材料学):

1. 新型光//磁功能材料的合成方法学研究;

2. 稀土功能材料的光磁学、分子影像学与肿瘤诊疗研究;

3. 新型功能材料用于脑科学研究(神经显像与神经调控)。

课题组的研究方向为无机生物化学与医用功能材料,是材料学、化学、物理学、生物学、医学等多学科综合交叉领域的前沿研究。拟招收材料学、化学、物理、生物及生命科学(医/药)等相关专业方向的硕士生、博士生及博士后科研人员。

近5年代表性论著 


      近年来,研究工作聚焦于新型无机功能材料的结构设计、化学可控合成及其生物医学应用的基础研究,选择稀土和过渡金属化合物为主要材料体系,围绕无机生物材料的“多模态影像与多功能治疗的高效融合”关键科学问题,在新型稀土及过渡金属功能材料的设计与制备中做出了系统性创新工作:(1)揭示了Gd基无机影像探针的磁共振影像机理,构建了基于稀土功能材料的系列新型多模态影像探针,实现了单一探针的结构影像和功能影像的高效融合与协同增强成像;提出了纳米CT负造影剂的新概念,使得利用CT负造影剂检测无腔实体肿瘤成为可能。(2)发现了稀土功能材料的“放疗增敏效应”,提出了“克服乏氧、利用乏氧、规避乏氧”三类材料设计策略,实现了精准影像介导下的多功能协同增强的乏氧肿瘤高效治疗;提出了“化学动力学疗法”和“离子干扰疗法”新概念,拓展了无机功能材料用于“肿瘤饥饿疗法”新思路,实现了基于肿瘤微环境特异性诱导激活的高效治疗。(3)发展了系列近红外光激发的新型UCNP影像探针,实现了实时动态影像检测活体脑神经活动、脊髓神经损伤的高效修复和功能恢复。该系列研究为解决“常规医学影像探针性能低、常规肿瘤治疗技术(化疗、放疗)固有缺陷、脑神经影像和调控”等临床医学瓶颈问题提供了新的研究思路。

      近五年内,步文博作为通讯作者在Nature NanotechnologyChemSci. Adv.J. Am. Chem. Soc.”Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.”Adv. Mater.”等国际核心SCI学术期刊上发表研究论文60余篇,受邀著名综述类学术期刊Acc. Chem. Res.Chem. Rev.Chem. Soc. Rev.等撰写5篇专题综述论文,论文SCI他引10900余次,入选Clarivate Analytics(科睿唯安)全球高被引科学家(2019);其中,1篇研究论文入选2012年中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文18篇研究论文入选ESI “Highly Cited Papers”10篇研究论文被 Nature/SciBXChemical& Engineering NewsChemistryViewsAsian ScientistChemistryWorldPhys.org等国际著名专业新闻媒体作为研究亮点进行了专题报道和评述。获授权中国发明专利多项。
