研究方向:
1. 有机电子材料及器件
铁电聚合物、有机半导体薄膜电性能及结构表征;铁电/半导体复合结构;柔性铁电存储器件的研制;全有机晶体管的电学稳定性研究。 
2. 有机电子材料外延生长工艺研究
优选外延生长工艺,制备高质量有机薄膜,包括高结晶有机半导体薄膜、铁电聚合物薄膜等;并实现特定功能(如存储、传感等)的高性能薄膜器件。
3. 基于扫描探针显微镜的微纳结构表征

目前可提供研究课题包括:

1) 铁电/半导体复合结构的阻变特性研究 (上海科委课题):制备各类半导体/铁电复合结构,实现优化的阻变存储功能。

2) 铁电聚合物薄膜的织构化处理工艺研究 (国家自然科学基金课题):制备高性能P(VDF-TrFE)和PVDF织构化薄膜,获得改善的压电性能和热学稳定性。

3) 高质量有机半导体薄膜及器件的制备工艺研究(延伸课题):结合外延生长工艺,获得改善的半导体器件性能。

4) 高质量介质层的低温溶液法制备(延伸课题):采用溶液法在200C以内实现高质量介质层薄膜的制备。
